PBZ OFFERINGS:
PBZ’s program structure is simple. Although our focus is on BIPOC women, at our discretion we will also choose to work with other aspiring and existing entrepreneurs that are considered underserved/disadvantaged.

The ideal entrepreneur has an informal business or "side hustle" and is ready to take the business to the next level. He or she is right at the edge of success to a formal 'legitimate' business. They need 'seed' funding, mentoring and access to get there.
Each entrepreneur PBZ works with must make a commitment to pay it forward by supporting other organizations or their communities. Most of these businesses will be in the informal* sector. PBZ will provide support to these entrepreneurs as follows:

Grants will be awarded for specific operational issues that prevent the owner from moving to an important next step.
THE PBZ GRANT PROGRAM
THE PBZ MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
